October 19th is celebrated as The International Day of the Nacho. A traditional type of Nachos consists of a quarter of a tostada with a topping of refried beans or various types of meat and definitely a cheese layer as the final add-on.

Nachos are easily available almost in all shops, restaurants and snack-joints. Processed cheese or freshly shredded cheese can be used in making Nachos.
